The photovoltaic system must be considered an investment and not a cost, the capital invested is recovered over time, on average in 6 years. Most companies are certified and use safe and non-polluting materials. To be sure of the quality, the KIWA and IFI certifications guarantee the absence of dangerous, toxic and polluting materials.
The first 100% recyclable solar panel was born in Italy and uses a thin film layer or CIGS (direct bandgap), with a market in continuous growth.
The prices of photovoltaic panels are in sharp decline, according to the International Renewable Energy Agency, it has fallen by 70% compared to 2009, which allow to produce energy at a competitive cost compared to that of conventional sources.
What are the advantages of photovoltaic systems?
- savings on your energy bills: thanks to the photovoltaic system you will no longer be dependent on the national electricity grid operators and you will be able to produce the energy you need autonomously;
- increase in the value of your property: installing a photovoltaic system increases the commercial value of your home. To calculate the increase in value, it is sufficient to take into account the power of the system, its duration, the amount of energy produced and the cost of energy;
- environmental sustainability: the sun is a natural resource that allows us to use clean energy that does not pollute. For every kWh produced, 700 grams of CO2 are saved in the environment;
- on-site exchange: the photovoltaic system will make you not only save but even earn. Since the circuit operates in the regime of exchange with the local electricity grid, in fact, the energy you need is bought from the operator by paying a bill. The energy is no longer exchanged but is fed into the grid, and for what is fed in, you receive a contribution in exchange.
Tax incentives for photovoltaic systems
Photovoltaic systems installed on the roofs of houses benefit from a 50% tax deduction. The State gives you the possibility to halve the costs “refunding” to those who choose photovoltaics half of the expenses incurred. The refund does not take place with a bank transfer or with monetary liquidation but in the form (and by means) of tax exemptions distributed over the 10 years following the year of installation of the system.
In domestic-residential terms, this type of incentives for photovoltaics only concerns natural persons (or condominiums or cooperative members) who contribute to IRPEF. There are no exemptions, therefore, for photovoltaics installed by companies, societies or commercial activities.
Those who install a photovoltaic system, therefore, can take advantage of the IRPEF tax deductions to recover 50% of the expenses incurred for the realization of the system.
